A: Mike Robichaud is a fitness enthusiast as well as a certified personal trainer. Over the years he has managed to take himself from a very scrawny 128lbs to an impressive 212lbs. He has created this site to help share his secrets of this transformation, and to share his tips that he has learned over the years.
Q: I don’t want to get huge like the guys in the magazine, I just want to lose a little fat. Is this website still for me?
A: ABSOLUTELY!! Whether you’re trying to gain muscle, or burn fat, one of the major ingredients in that is weight training. This site is here to give you tips and help you learn how to train properly. If your goal is to gain muscle, you’ll increase the amount of calories you consume on a daily basis. If it is fat loss you are looking for, then you need to create a calorie deficit. Whatever your goal, you still need to train.
Q: Is this website helpful for females?
A: Yes! Whether you are male, female, young or old, the same training principles apply to everybody. The most important thing is you learn the proper techniques and follow a program that’s right for you. Obviously as a female you’re not going to be looking to bulk up and get huge. Most females I know dream of that bikini model body. To get there you will have to lift some weights. Not as much as your husband or boyfriend. But you will still have to log some hours in the gym, and this site will teach you the right ways to do that.
