This recipe comes from my good friend  <a href="http://www.muscleblueprint.com/go/anaboliccooking/" target="_new" onMouseOver="window.status=' '; return true;" style="curser:text; color:white; text-decoration:none;">The Muscle Cook Dave Ruel.</a></p>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong><br />
250g Fat Free Cottage Cheese<br />
15g Chocolate Protein Powder (1/2 Scoop)<br />
1 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter<br />
1 Tsp Splenda</p>
<p><strong>Directions</strong><br />
1. In a bowl, mix your cottage cheese with protein powder and splenda.<br />
2. Add the peanut butter.<br />
3. Stir well</p>
<p>That&#8217;s it guys! It&#8217;s that easy, and it tastes AMAZING! No more eating plain old cottage cheese.<br />
